Want to build confidence, skills, and direction?We partner with parents and the community to help 7-12 students in The Bahamas develop skills that school alone doesn't fully cover. so they can create value in today’s world.

We cannot continue preparing students for world that no longer exists.As the global economic shifts and with youth employment rates standing above 20%, we must act now. Early entrepreneurship literacy and training ensures that youth develop the initiative, confidence, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in age to come.

What started as an intensive summer experience in 2022 as Boss "Club" is now Boss "League", a training ground that has since partnered with organizations and partners throughout The Bahamas and United States.

This Summer Marks 5 Years of Impact!
Boss League Bahamas is a passion project started in 2022 by Shemia Williams of Borderless Creative Group. With the support of Agape House Ministries, it has impacted over 200 young people and their families through real-world business experiences—regardless of academic, economic and social background.This program continues to exist because of the generous support of the local and business communities of Grand Bahama with goals of expanding throughout the islands of The Bahamas.If you'd like to support this growing movement, here some simple ways you can get involved.

What costs are involved? General registration is free. Pop-Up participation is $20 for solo businesses and $30 for partnerships. Other costs depend on what your child will need to launch.
Can students participate fully online? Not at this time. Join our mailing list to stay informed when online programs become available.
My child has a summer job/school. Can he/she still participate? Bootcamp participation may be waived with satisfactory fulfillment of all other requirements.
What other resources will be required? You'll need internet connection to access the training course AND parental support.
Will transportation be provided to attend events? Parents are responsible for arranging on-timeand reliable transportation.
Can I host this program at my own school or organization independently of the core group? Let's chat. Send an email to [email protected].
What's the difference between Boss League and Junior Achievement? The missions are similar but the methods are different. Boss League partners with parents to help students develop and launch their individual business ventures during that they can continue after even after our events have ended.
Can my child who is completing primary or high school in this year be able to participate? Yes. Both primary and high school graduates of the current year are eligible to participate.
