A new name. A bigger vision. A stronger future.
Celebrating 5 YEARS of empowering the next generation of Bahamian leaders through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and bold real-world experiences.
Who We Serve
Curious, creative, or unsure what’s next? Interested in business, leadership, or building something of your own? Want to build confidence, skills, and direction? We partner with parents of students in grades 7-12 in The Bahamas to build skills that school alone doesn't fully cover.
Why We Do It
We cannot continue preparing students for world that no longer exists. As the global economic shifts and with youth employment rates standing above 20%, we must act now. Early entrepreneurship literacy and training ensures that youth develop the initiative, confidence, and problem-solving abilities to thrive in age to come.
Empowerment through entrepreneurship, one student at a time.
What started as an intensive summer experience in 2022 as Boss "Club" is now Boss "League", a training ground that has since partnered with organizations and partners throughout The Bahamas and United States.Over the past four years, we've helped students build skills that school alone doesn't fully cover. How? By empowering students to think, lead, communicate, and create value in today’s world.
200+ students have participated
dozens of students have returned year after year
participants have launched small ventures and projects
families have become active supporters of youth entrepreneurship
a community of mentors, leaders, and supporters has formed
